Complaints

We are very sorry to hear that you have a complaint, we can solve it together.

Send your complaint via e-mail, Whatsapp or fill in the complaint form.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Type of device 
  • Description of the problem
  • Evidence (photos/screenshots)

Response time

Within 48 hours you will receive a confirmation that the complaint has been received by us.

We aim to handle the complaint as quickly as possible. But for a good handling we need about 7 to 10 business days this. 

Escalation

If a complaint and/or problem cannot be resolved satisfactorily, the customer is free to escalate in accordance with Dutch consumer law.
